Confusing process

Ordered two machines right off the bat they email saying they dont have "in stock" yet says in stock on website. They explain there supplier only had so much and that it would take 10 to 14 days to get machine so I agree to wait. The other part of order I ordered Aug 2 comes in without machine aug 12. It's aug 18th now and machine is just being delivered all without seeing the condition of machine. The second machine i order aug 6 took 12 days to realize they dont have and canceled probably wait another two weeks to get refund. Very suspicious ways of business to hold payments and not actually have machines when it states in stock. All excuses and sorry words, almost a month of waiting dont know what else to say other then dont sell things you don't actually have.
